Visible predominantly targets projects and real estate opportunities in the Eastern US. Primary Metro areas and their suburbs are of particular interest across New York, Pennsylvania/Philadelphia, New England/Boston, Southern Florida and other primary and regional markets.
The executive management team at Visible Development has individually developed and operated well over $1 billion of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties along the East Coast. With decades of construction project management experience between the team, coupled with sophisticated knowledge of real estate development methodologies, its managing members have paved the way for a successful track record in the development and operation of high-quality commercial and residential properties.
Our approach to development requires that we assume the leadership role in the complex project planning and entitlement process. We perform targeted site selection, in-depth market analysis and sophisticated financial analysis in-house across all deals, prior to undertaking acquisitions. This ensures that our projects meet and/or exceed targeted expectations, prior to proceeding with design and obtaining entitlements, agency approvals and permits.
